Karianna Torres was born and raised in the Bronx, so of course she is a die-hard Yankees fan. Growing up she tried to memorize every train and bus route that ran through the Bronx so that she could traverse the whole borough with ease. She loves how the Bronx is full of diverse hard working people. She has a B.A. in Literature with a minor in Mathematics from Hamilton College.
